Fantastic Customer service. Knowledgeable staff. They really seem to care if you are comfortable and if you come back. What a concept. Plus, anytime we can support a local business, right? What’s not to love?

I have been buying my shoes online after being fitted 3 years ago. Decided to get fitted again as my feet hurt. I was put on a machine that measured how your weight is distributed on your feet standing still and also on a treadmill. I was fitted into a shoe that was a full size longer and wider than I have been using. I was trusting but somewhat skeptical. I asked about inserts and was told I didn’t need them with the right shoe. Salesperson didn’t push an expensive shoe or inserts. Since the purchase my feet feel much better to the point where I am running a lot more. Highly recommended!!!!!

I buy all my shoes for running here. I’ve never been pressured or felt bad about a purchase. The only problem I have is that you need to have some time because they give you nothing shy of excellent service every time.

Really awesome customer service is the highlight of this establishment. I was not actually the one who was getting serviced but I must compliment Running Revolution on the amazing staff. He was this really muscular Caucasian dude. He was extremely courteous and patient while my friend was trying and testing different shoes. He threw in some free tape and a shirt after purchasing a pair of shoes as well.

This place is awesome! The salesperson Rob, watched how I walked and then had me step on some computer mat which showed how my feet distribute weight from my body. Fantastic customer service and it didn’t feel like I was being pressured to buy the most expensive product. I will definitely return to this establishment.
